In this group you will build a deeper, more vitalized relationship by exploring areas such as: Sharing Strength & Growth Areas, Stress, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Finances, Physical & Emotional Affection, and more.
Mental Health Coaching
Coaching is a partnership between you and I in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize personal and professional potential.
It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, relational, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals while acknowledging that Mental Health Coaching is not therapy, nor is it a replacement for psychotherapy/therapy or counseling.
Provider Self-Care Group
As providers, we spend so much of our time taking care of our clients and others. It's vital that we take just as good care of ourselves, as we set the stage for being able to care for others effectively.
We cannot pour from an empty cup, so come work on getting refilled and prioritizing your own self-care, which only makes you a better you, for all involved.
Client Self-Care Group
Self-care is often misunderstood as something superficial only (manicures, massages, etc.). While these are parts of self-care, other areas include self-compassion, saying no, setting boundaries, spiritual self-care, emotional well-being, physical health and wellness, acknowledging lived experiences of injustice, etc. This space is dedicated to exploring these topics together!
The group offers a supportive small group experience that fosters a community focused on understanding and enhancing self-care and self-compassion, as well as being a group of professional Black women who can be a resource for one another.
My specialization is the common colds of mental health, which are anxiety and depression, with an underlying focus on self-care.
I teach/train groups of individuals (corporate settings, retreats, etc.) how to more proactively engage in self-care as well as how to understand and identify when symptoms of anxiety and depression are happening for high-achieving professionals.
This helps your employees/colleagues to learn to prioritize self-care in a way that leads to a higher level of productivity and improved outcomes for individuals, groups, and corporations
